GROUP PROGRAMS & EVENTS
Mindful Minis offers in-person and virtual group sessions for workshops and 4- or 6-week programs. Group sessions include fun and engaging activities designed to introduce students to a variety of mindfulness-based topics and tools helpful for stress reduction, self-awareness, resiliency, and self-management.
Lauren hosts group sessions for tweens and teens (ages 10+).

In private coaching, we will be able to target your child's specific challenges with individualized attention and a program tailored to their needs! Private emotional intelligence coaching is open to tweens/teens, ages 10.5 and up.
Lauren offers 8-week coaching programs, as well as single sessions and typically occur after school on weekdays.
Class activities are based on the students specific needs and are anchored in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence practices. Activities may include mindfulness tools, social-emotional learning strategies, meditation, breathing techniques, and more coping tools.
